Assisted Living for Senior Citizens
Spectru is a home with a cozy family atmosphere for 20 elderly residents who are no longer able to care for themselves. The staff of trained nurses and social workers provides 24-hour care with full services.
Spectru was envisioned as a self-sustaining project and therefore some of the places are commercial and some are social. The social ones aimed at most underprivileged are sponsored by individual donors from foreign countries, while commercial places are paid for by families (mostly working abroad) and in this way partly support the project’s sustainability.
